MaacVerify provides information about independent AI assessment, assessment services, and related report formats. You may use this website and any services made available through it only for lawful business, procurement, compliance, research, or evaluation purposes.

You agree not to interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse forms, submit false information, or use MaacVerify content in a way that suggests assessment, endorsement, or assessment approval where none has been formally issued.

Sample reports, scoring descriptions, assessment language, seals, logos, and methodology summaries are provided for informational purposes unless expressly issued under a signed engagement. A sample, draft, or marketing page does not assess any system.

Formal assessment findings are valid only when delivered by MaacVerify under an authorized engagement and subject to the scope, date, corpus, model version, and limitations stated in the applicable report.

The MaacVerify name, marks, site design, report formats, text, graphics, and other content are owned by MaacVerify and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from MaacVerify materials except as permitted in writing or as allowed by applicable law.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, regulatory, clinical, financial, procurement, or risk-management advice. Organizations remain responsible for their own compliance obligations and AI governance decisions.

The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. MaacVerify does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaacVerify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the site or reliance on informational materials.
